- 1 large tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1-2 tablespoons tahini paste
- 2 garlic cloves
- Juice of half a lemon (or more if you like more bite)
- Process all the ingredients, taste and add more lemon juice if required
- Add a little water if mixture is too thick
- Serve as a dip with toasted pita bread or vegetable crudités.
